Mickey Rourke has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Florida last Thursday morning. Rourke had just left a nightclub in Miami Beach with an unnamed woman at around 4.00am when he was caught for making an illegal turn on his Vespa scooter in front of a police officer. According to the police report, Rourke had bloodshot eyes, a flushed face and slurred speech. He is currently held at the Miami-Dade Pre-Trial Detention Centre and is being held on US$1,000 bond.
