The "Set it Off" star was not in the courtroom for today's hearing. Cops say Fox blew a .09 last March, when they pulled her over on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles. Prosecutors charged Fox with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving over the legal limit of .08. A judge told her attorney that due to the nature of her work, she could be around alcohol, but she was not to drink. She'll be back in court October 29.

Keifer Sutherland busted on DUI!
Canadian actor Kiefer Sutherland was arrested early Tuesday for investigation of misdemeanour drunken driving after he was stopped for making an illegal U-turn and failed a field sobriety test, authorities said. The actor was pulled over about 1:10 a.m. in West Los Angeles, said Officer Kevin Maiberger. Sutherland, 40, tested over the state's legal blood alcohol limit of .08 per cent, said Officer Karen Smith. Police declined to say what his blood-alcohol level was. Sutherland spokeswoman Annett Wolf declined to comment. The actor was released around 4 a.m. after posting $25,000 bail, according to sheriff's department records. Maiberger said Sutherland was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 16. Sutherland won a best actor Emmy last year for his role as agent Jack Bauer on the Fox TV series "24." The series is set to return to the air in January. Sutherland is the son of actor Donald Sutherland and actress Shirley Douglas. His grandfather is Tommy Douglas, the former Saskatchewan premier widely regarded as the father of Canadian medicare. He is scheduled to be honoured Wednesday in Los Angeles by ACTRA, the union that represents Canadian performers. An ACTRA spokeswoman said he was still expected to attend. Sean Kanan of "Karate Kid" movie and GH arrested for DUI!
Sean Kanan, who made several appearances on the soap General Hospital in the mid '90s and starred in the Karate Kid movie, was booked for DUI last month we're just hearing. Kanan, 40, was arrested at around 3:45 a.m. on Aug. 18, a police spokesperson said, while declining to provide any details of the arrest. He was taken into custody and released a few hours later on $30,000 bail. Per the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, he faces one misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and one misdemeanor charge of driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher. Kanan is due back in Hollywood Municipal Court on Monday.In addition to General Hospital, the actor's credits include a lengthy stint on The Bold and the Beautiful and a role as Ralph Macchio's nemesis in 1989's Karate Kid III. According to TMZ, which was first to report his arrest, Kanan was previously convicted of DUI in 1998.
Kirsten Storms busted for drunk driving.
Kirsten Storms of General Hospital and Days of Our Lives has been arrested for drunk driving in Los Angeles on the weekend. Police stopped Storms after she threw a cigarette butt from the window of her Mercedes while driving on a Los Angeles freeway. They then administered several sobriety tests, after which Storms was arrested for DUI. She was later released on US$5,000 bail. Rapper Trick Daddy busted for intoxication and fighting!
Rapper Trick Daddy was arrested after a fight at a strip club early Tuesday, authorities said. The rapper, whose real name is Maurice Young, was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest, according to the police report. Authorities responded to a fight at Tootsie's Cabaret just after 1 a.m. and found Young, who smelled of alcohol, cursing and "threatening staff at the club," the report said. Police repeatedly asked Young to leave the club, but he refused.When they tried to handcuff him, he also refused and started moving his arms around, according to the report. He was taken to a hospital where he was treated for injuries from the fight and later transported to Miami-Dade County jail. The rapper's mug shot shows a bloody nose and cheek. He bonded out for $1,500, a jail spokeswoman said. It was not immediately known if Young had legal representation. A Miami native, Trick Daddy's albums include "Thug Matrimony: Married to the Streets" and "Back by Thug Demand."
