Mischa Barton booked on drunk driving!

Actress Mischa Barton was arrested Thursday morning for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol and possessing marijuana after sheriff's deputies saw her car straddling two lanes of traffic. Can you imagine, she was an unlicensed driver and was detained in jail for 7 hours then released on $10,000 bail with a court date for Feb 28th 2007. The 21-year-old actress, who starred on Fox's teen drama "The O.C.," was driving on La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood when she was stopped at about 2:45 a.m., authorities said.

Rebecca De Mornay now charged with drunk driving!

Actress Rebecca De Mornay was charged Thursday with misdemeanour drunken driving stemming from her arrest two months ago. A Los Angeles District Attorney's spokeswoman said De Mornay was charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of .08. De Mornay, 48, was arrested Oct. 30 for a traffic violation in Beverly Hills when officers smelled alcohol on her breath. She is scheduled to be arraigned Monday December 31st 2007.

Vivica A. Fox booked on possible drunk driving charge.

Former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant and "Independence Day" star Vivica A. Fox has been booked for investigation of drunken driving. Fox, 43, was ordered by a judge on Monday to turn herself in or face a warrant for her arrest. At about 12:15 p.m., Fox turned herself in to a police station in Northridge in the San Fernando Valley, where she was fingerprinted and photographed, police Officer Ana Aguirre said.

The booking process took under 25 minutes and Fox was released without bail, Aguirre said.
A call to Fox's manager seeking comment was not immediately returned Wednesday. Fox was stopped in the Valley on March 20 by California Highway Patrol officers who said her 2007 Cadillac Escalade was doing 128 km/h and weaving on the Ventura Freeway. During her arrest, she accused one officer of being a "racist white cop," according to a police report. In September, Fox pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanour counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit of .08. If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail.

Keifer Sutherland gets 48 days in JAIL for DUI

Kiefer Sutherland will spend his 41st birthday, the Christmas holiday and New Year's in the Glendale City Jail. The "24" star checked himself into Glendale's three-year-old, state-of-the-art lockup Wednesday evening to serve 48 days on a second misdemeanor drunken driving offense. Sutherland was arrested in Los Angeles in the early morning of Sept. 25 and charged two days later with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. He was already on probation for a 2004 DUI conviction. The Emmy winner pleaded no contest in October to driving with a blood-alcohol level above the .08 legal limit and violating probation.

Gary Collins gets 96 hours in jail for DUI.

The TV host pleaded no contest to DUI charges and was sentenced to 96 hours in jail. A judge told him he could do his time at any city jail. He was told his jail time would be at his own expense, and he is not eligible for work furlough. He was also sentenced to 4 years of probation, fined $500, and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service. He must also pay restitution to the victims, enroll in an 18-month alcohol education program and attend 26 A.A. meetings -- at least two per week. He has already attended 18 meetings.
