Nicole Kidman’s publicist has slammed reports the pregnant actress was spotted boozing backstage at the Oscars, insisting the star would never be so careless with her health. New York Post columnist Cindy Adams claimed Kidman was sipping wine at the Academy Awards on Sunday, and her report has fired up publicist Catherine Olim.

Olim fumes, "Nicole Kidman most certainly did NOT drink white wine or any other alcoholic beverage backstage. She had water and lemon zinger tea. That’s it. I know, I was there with her.
"I cannot remember that last time that Cindy Adams got anything right. She’s an idiot, and you can quote me." Nothing wrong with drinking moderately and responsibly but it's a no-no when you're pregnant.

R&B Star J. Holiday busted on drug charges!

Teen sensation Aaron Carter busted with Marijuana!

Nick Carter's brother and teen sensation Aaron Carter, was busted yesterday in Kimble County, Texas with at least two ounces of marijuana! We hear Aaron was pulled over on I-10 earlier today for speeding -- and when authorities decided to search his vehicle, they found the fat stash inside!
Aaron, 20, is currently in jail until today, when a judge will be present for his arraignment.

DUI Problems: Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra no longer pregnant?

Former "American Idol" star Jessica Sierra is no longer pregnant, TMZ.com is reporting. The celebrity Web site said the unidentified close family friend who spoke to them wouldn't say exactly what happened. Reports of her pregnancy came in December, while the 22-year-old was in jail after she was arrested in Tampa, Fla. for disorderly intoxication and resisting officers. Last month a judge sentenced Sierra to a yearlong stint at a California rehabilitation clinic and three years' probation.

In July, she entered a California rehab facility that was to be documented on the VH1 reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew," hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky.

O.J. Simpson's Girlfriend Christie Prody Hospitalized With 'Severe Head Injury'

O.J. Simpson's girlfriend Christie Prody was hospitalized Tuesday in Miami for what police are calling a "severe head injury," Entertainment Tonight has reported.

An anonymous caller reported a woman falling and was taken by Fire Rescue to Baptist Hospital of Miami with a severe head injury, according to a police report obtained by the television show. Prody had been "intoxicated and always falling down" during a trip this month to San Antonio, a witness told police, according to the report

Fox Sportscaster Josh Booty busted for DUI today and even tasered!

FOX Sportscaster Josh Booty was arrested early this morning for DUI -- and was so uncooperative he had to be tased! Booty was taken to the Orange County Jail, where he was booked -- and that's when he went ballistic. O.C. Sheriff's spokesperson Jim Amormino told reporters "Booty was belligerent and uncooperative." Amormino says his deputies used a taser -- "less than lethal force" -- to contain him. After being tased, Josh fell to the ground, hitting his head on the floor and cracking it open. He was taken to a hospital where he was stitched up.

Josh is the brother of USC quarterback John David Booty. Who cares? It's his job at FOX I'm concerned about! Boys and girl, are you learning something.

Redmond O'Neal busted for DUI and drugs for a second time!

On January 26 at around 3:20 AM, Los Angeles County Sheriffs pulled over the 23-year-old for speeding on PCH in Malibu, and arrested him for DUI, felony possession of heroin and methamphetamine. Redmond was released on $10,000 bail. No court date has been set. He's the son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal.

Music Role model? Rapper Juvenile was arrested in Jackson, Mississippi, after police found a small amount of marijuana in the rapper’s car yesterday (February 12). According to the Associated Press, Juvenile, who was traveling from Atlanta to New Orleans, was stopped near Meridian because his vehicle had an expired tag. Police seized a small amount of marijuana after searching the car and arrested Juvenile, born Terius Gray. He charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and released shortly afterwards.

Paris Hilton's brother Barron arrested for DUI!

Paris Hilton's younger brother Barron Hilton was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly driving under the influence, authorities said. Barron Hilton was held at the Malibu station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. No other information was immediately available, said sheriff's Sgt. Diane Hecht.

As word of his arrest spread, nearly a dozen paparazzi swarmed the sheriff's station.
